Welcome to fellicon.co (the "Site"), operated by Fellicon.co ("we", "us", "our"), of 182–184 High Street North, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to place an order on the Site, or be using it with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Accounts

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away at fellicon.co@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

All Fellicon pieces are handmade, so slight natural variation — in fabric pattern placement, ribbon shade, bow size, or finish — is normal and part of what makes each item unique, not a fault.
We make every reasonable effort to display product colours and details accurately, but can't guarantee that your device's screen will show the exact shade.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout — see our Shipping Policy.
We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability of products at any time without notice, though this won't affect orders you've already placed and we've confirmed.
In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order through the Site is an offer to buy. We'll send an order confirmation email, but this confirms we've received your order — it doesn't guarantee acceptance. A contract between us is only formed once we dispatch your order (or tell you it's being prepared). We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, where we suspect fraud, where there's a pricing or stock error, or where we're unable to fulfil it — in which case you'll receive a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept payment via Shopify Payments and any other methods shown at checkout (such as major debit/credit cards). Payment is taken at the time you place your order. All payment details are processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store your full card details ourselves.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes, sales, and promotional offers are valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion at any time. Misuse of a discount code (for example, sharing a one-time code publicly) may result in the order being cancelled.

7. Shipping & Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, delivery estimates, and costs, including for international orders. Risk in the goods (i.e. responsibility for loss or damage) passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.

9. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Use it for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or another user's account
Copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Site or its content without our written permission
Post or transmit anything harmful, offensive, or infringing on someone else's rights (for example, in a product review)

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Site for anyone who breaches these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including product photography, designs, logos, text, and branding — belongs to Fellicon.co or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

11. Reviews & User Content

If you leave a product review or other content on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display it (for example, on product pages or in marketing) in connection with our business. Please don't submit anything false, defamatory, or that you don't have the rights to share.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, social media). We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to them doesn't imply our endorsement.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products bought through it, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Force Majeure

We won't be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if it's caused by something reasonably outside our control — for example, extreme weather, postal/courier disruption, strikes, or supply shortages. We'll let you know as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
