Processing Time

Every Fellicon piece is handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be made and dispatched, in addition to shipping time below.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

United Kingdom

Free standard shipping on orders over £25
Standard shipping (orders under £25): £1.75 — delivered in 2–4 business days via Royal Mail

International

We ship worldwide, anywhere Royal Mail and our other delivery partners reach. International shipping costs vary by destination country and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Delivery times for international orders vary by country and are shown at checkout. Please note that customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their own country — these are not included in our shipping charge and are outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number/link.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and occasional delays (e.g. from Royal Mail or during peak periods like Christmas/Valentine's/Mother's Day) are outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at fellicon.co@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we're unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (postage may apply).
